1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Orbits Creative Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide creative digital services including brand identity, web design and development, SEO, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and e-commerce solutions.

3. Project Engagement

All projects begin with a discovery phase and a written proposal. Timelines, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in the proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed in three milestones: 40% upfront, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery. Invoices due within 14 days.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions billed at standard hourly rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We reserve the right to display work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orbits shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination are due.
